The Salons are held via Zoom on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Zoom link will be provided upon registration. Registration is limited to 24 students.
The Salons will be structured around the elements of fiction (i.e., character development, dialogue, conflict, plotting, setting, world-building, theme), or genres (i.e., fantasy, sci-fi, horror, mystery, romance, crime).
Write from the comfort of your own space. Bring your boundless imagination and creativity. In our Zoom Room of writers, we’ll discuss the craft of writing, work on our ideas and stories, read and critique stories, practice the essentials of rewriting, and delve into the art of reading aloud our work (this last one is optional).
We offer an encouraging and supportive experience - no angst, no pressure, no grading!
